A great store with knowledgeable staff. Not only do they produce quality orthopedic inserts, but their sales people don't hesitate to recommend lower priced shoes if the fit is better for you. Not out for the quick buck. They even insisted on refurbishing some inserts that were produced 3 years ago and refused to take any money for it! How refreshing in the this age of lousy retail.

After an injury, I couldn't walk for months. Karen helped me find the perfect shoes to cater to my specific condition; they were so great I bought 2 pairs! She was incredibly patient, informative, and kind. 100% would recommend this store for good price and great service.

Exceptional service! My mom hurt herself and could not walk well so I took her to the orthopaedic doctor by wheelchair. On the way back, we stopped in front of Foot Solutions. Unable to get up the step, two sales clerks came right out and fitted her with new shoes right there on the sidewalk. These were top quality; top comfort; easy for her to put on and off. She found two pairs in less than 15 minutes. The care and attention was amazing. She was treated like a queen. Priceless. I don't hesitate to recommend Foot Solutions on Victoria in Westmount. Kirin spent over an hour with me helping me find the perfect shoes. She didn’t push me to spend money, she really wanted me to find the best pair for my feet. Such a great experience and the only place I will buy shoes in the future!

She knew my issues before the words even came out of my mouth. I even felt in better hands with her then the podiatrist I saw! 1st experience at Foot Solutions and it was so worth it. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, Kiran was an absolute joy to deal with. Her experience, wisdom and knowledge in the field as well as her charm and positive attitude made it that the store is now my favorite. It didn't take Kiran more than 2 minutes to identify all the problems I've been having with my feet and to start addressing them and that is a super rare experience to come by these days. Excellent service. We visited the store in March 2019, for the first time. Kirin was very knowledgeable and helped my sister and I find the perfect fit and workout shoes. The insoles she recommended has made a tremendous difference for my running. I have been regularly wearing my insoles and workout shoes ever since.

I've finally found a shoe store that carries a good selection of shoes for wide and problematic feet! Not even the New Balance store downtown carried the widths available here! And Kiren (spelling) is very friendly and helpful. I will become a regular customer!
